I am moving through my sorrow,
Allowing it to flow from my bones
So that I may float to the surface
And unfurl my wings
To run and leap
And fly.
Lighter I have become within the releasing
And higher I rise within the stillness that
Comes taking me deeper within each breath.
I find myself
Wandering in the densest
Forest.
Without a sound I lay myself down
In the moss, the twigs, the leaves
And I breathe.
I am them and they are me,
The earth,
The stars,
This air.
And that has to be enough in this moment
For I hang on silently,
The merest
Particle
Brushing my fingertips;
As this air strums my
Out of tune heart,
Strings stretched to snap.
Thump.
As my heartbeat slows i am
Reimmersed;
Securely wrapped
In the cocoon;
The womb, The tomb.
In stillness I become the miraculous healing.
All else is released but love.
In a gasp of breath reborn;
Nothing remains to mourn.
I am.
Most state firmly they wish for peace and love
Yet they argue at every opportunity
As to what this means;
The turmoil within thrown onto others.
Internal peace and love is the path;
Stillness within emanates outward unbound.
This is the individual’s work.
Listen.
Heartbeats thump
Chest to chest.
An ageless
Melody plays
In veins;
Reverberates within.
Rest here my darling.
All that is will be,
In stillness lie.
No hunger nor thirst exists where souls entwine.
The wanting now slumbering peacefully.
Be.
I implore you
Sit in silence,
In this stillness explore your own roots
With wonder
And compassion as your companion;
Non judgment.
Observe unattached in love of self.
Such beauty has always been you,

Songs of the stars resonate in our soul;
Reverberating melodies of love.
Hear the songs.
Their message traveling so long,
So far for us.
The very first note never-ending, shared here among us if we
Choose to brave the stillness and listen;
See.
And here is the harmony in healing;
It was never lost nor silenced.
In the journey of freeing the mind
One must not only question frequently
Actions and beliefs one disagrees with
But
Most
Often
These ideas one does
Agree with.
Deeper and deeper we must go into self
To see truth beyond the truths imprinted within without question.
Stillness.
No one speaks the truth
It is a knowing,
This a silence flowing and waiting for one to enter and submerge.
Beckoning.
Welcoming;
Releasing all to welcome all.
Truth is in the being not the speaking,
Listen.
Love. Stillness.
Shed what is known, therein lies what is.

be held.
