Out There Somewhere

Standard

She knows he is out there

Somewhere,

So

She keeps breathing.

Sitting on a park bench,

Umbrella in her lap.

Rain pouring down,

But she doesn’t care.

Hair soaking wet.

Raindrops on her lips.

Still she doesn’t care.

She keeps breathing.

The rain is falling down

And none of it matters.

She knows

He is out there somewhere.

She is not drowning yet.

She’s still breathing.

When It’s Raining

Standard

She only comes out

When it’s

Storming.

The raindrops embrace

Her tears.

She only comes out

When it’s

Raining.

The thunder hides

Her cries

As she trembles in

Fear.

She only smiles

At clouds

And butterflies.

Likes the sun in her eyes.

And now

She’s standing at the bus stop

Laughing out loud.

You see,

 She knows no one else

Can

See the Angels

Keeping company

With the

Lonely people

As they

Pass her by.

Come And Find Me

Standard

Come and find me.

In this storm.

Run with me in the rain.
Let it drench your skin
Soak you within.
Run until we are out of breath
Gasping for air.
And there
We will hold each other steady
Until we are ready
To run again.
Do you feel it?
Place your hand on my heart
Do you feel the

Passion?
That is love.

An

SOS

And it pulses through me.
Pulls you to me.
Into you.
Becomes the rhythm of you.
Your every breath
Every move
Pounding out
The steady signal.

Love

Come and find me.
There is love.

In this storm.

In the Rain.

There is

Love.

Often Times

Standard

Often times

I misplace myself.
I don’t know
Where I left me.
Maybe at the playground.
Maybe on the kitchen floor.
Maybe,
Just maybe
I don’t remember anymore.
Maybe I’m just a memory.
Better left unspoken.
My mind has left this plane
Of reality.
Even the softest touch
Leaves a bruise
On my flesh.
The brush of
Breath,
Pain.
Maybe I left myself outside too long.
Out there in
The storming  rain.
