There are over 7 billion people in the world
And if we could speak to each of them,
Every single one could tell us something
We do not know.
Each of us a perfect gift in this journey.
Not one has it all figured out.
Share in kindness.
Be humble.
Be love.
Listen.
She walks around under water
But her chests rises and falls,
Rises and falls.
And the trees are standing tall
In her under water world,
The birds fly high.
And the people walk with their heads hanging heavy
But their chests rise and fall
Rise and fall;
And no one knows whether they are awake or dreaming at all.
There are lists people make,
All of these qualities and qualifications
That define
What makes a “strong” person.
I laugh at those words,
If you wake every morning and live
And that is all you feel you have the strength to do,
You are strong.
Period.
We are each strong in our big, beautiful,
Human way.
Realizing we,
Trembling in touch.
A power conscious
Brought us here,
Unimagined in the human mind.
A seeing beyond
Blood and bone,
A realization.
Every step,
Change of mind,
Everyone ever known
All flowing
In the knowing
To keep all of this going;
Our paths to meet.
Not one to make

Let go of objects and people

Start
Something new
On any given
Monday

Never give up on humans.
(Yourself included)
We are all doing the best we can
Wherever we may be on the
Wild journey
Called life.
All from different backgrounds,
Different families.
Some come from steadfast foundations,
Some grew up in battlefields.
Patience.
Compassion.
Some feel stuck in places they don’t belong
But we get frustrated with them.
We see things differently.
Perspective.
Relativity.
Gentle speak,
Steady love.
Believe in one another.
There is more good,
There is more beauty than
Some choose to see everyday.
Stop listening to the noise
And listen.
(If you are ready)
Stop giving up
And sit in stillness.
Go back to the beginning.
Look
And see.
Hold your gaze in one place
And see.
(we all get lost)
Sing softly to those who are lost
And help them return
To themselves.

Do not be discouraged.
People.
Their wispy heart tendrils
Reaching,
Dancing as if upon
The wind
To
Connect
To one another.
So beautiful they extend.
Hoping.

There are people i remember,
