And all of the sudden you came to mind
And my throat swelled

I wanted to weep,
As if today was the day
We last spoke.
I sat with you in the forefront of my my mind for a while
And held you there, so grateful for the memories.
In time i tucked you back behind my ribcage
And left you with my soul
Where we reside in between time.
I once again turn up the music and dance.
As we grow,
Our truth is ever morphing
Through the minds eye.
The soul is patient
As we return home;
Immeasurable love.
Feel the difference
Between that which is actual
Or merely a reflectiom
By clearing the mind.
Sit in
Nonjudgmental stillness,
Observe and flow.
See that which is created by your mind
And breathe slower,
Go deeper into the stillness.
Feel the stillness expand.
Untie the knots that tether the mind in
One direction and dissipate.
See.
Stillness is non vibrational.
Once one is aware of this
You will know it is of no time or place or energy.
Its reach being unfathomable.
Dissolve judgements and expectations.
Release them into the stillness.
Neither good nor bad for stillness is love.
Dissolve into love.
All that approaches you does evanesce into the stillness.
As you practice stillness,
The field surrounding you grows larger
And one sees the stillness
As well as experiences it.
It is all in the mind.
Release your control,
Your thoughts and become unbounded stillness.
Flow.
Believe.
Once
In stillness you move, there are no obstacles.
Keep this in mind,
You do
Not have to let someone back into
Your life just
Because they
“changed”;
You can still love them.
Your
Impact is never unnoticed.
We
Shape each other
In motion,
In words.
Pay attention to
Yourself.
We tread so heavy on
These
Hearts and minds,
These precious lives we encounter
Everyday,
Stepping so unaware of the
Burdens carried by others.
Step lightly,
Share kindly
Your smile and laughter.
It all creates wave upon wave,
The happy or sad.
Never can we share too much
Love and kindness.
Choose
Mindfulness.
I struggle to steady my mind
And I cannot find the breath to
Say i am tired,
And I cannot find the strength to
Reach for you.
My walls so high and mighty.
My fear steals my bones.
I’ve heard them whisper about me
Then turn and
Smile at me in the reflection in the mirror.
I’ve seen them steal away and swallow
Anything they can put their fingers on.
Eat. Sleep.
Dream.
And this unwavering yearning for you
Resonates in my blood and my bones
As i wander;
You are here
In the air
And i breathe.
We lie
Entangled
Still as trees
Warmth between us tended and
Flowing
Naturally,
Soothing these aches and the pains of the heart and mind in this dimension.
Scars forgotten as hope permeates within and
Without.
A surge of all that was purged as a new dawn begins.
Serenity.
We will keep going round
And round like this
Until
Each of us accept in our hearts and minds
Completely
That everyone carries
Burdens of the heart unseen which
Our minds cannot comprehend.

Entertains
My mind.
And I dream and I dream and i wake,
And I dream and I dream and i live.
And in all this many a muse enters my heart.
Swiftly the hours pass
Yet lovely thoughts,
When they consume me
Capture my affection
Diverting my attention.
Time does slow and all I know
Is myself left wandering
In creation.
The heart does love much upon the realization it is
