His halogen mind
Sheds light on everything;
Everyone.
Nothing left in the dark
As his heartbeat song
Creates a thunderous
Crash
Awakening the sleepy
Bones
Of those
Thought dead;
And on they dance.
Sparks within the mind remembering;
Oxygen expands.
Breathe.
Fire meets fire,
The blaze burns.
Love creates life;
Love and live.
On he shines.
You can fill your life with
Could have,
Should have,
Would have,
Or let it go
And live.
Your choice.
I was dying and even I didn’t notice
For I thought that was what
One was supposed to do to live.
There are lists people make,
All of these qualities and qualifications
That define
What makes a “strong” person.
I laugh at those words,
If you wake every morning and live
And that is all you feel you have the strength to do,
You are strong.
Period.
We are each strong in our big, beautiful,
Human way.
I choose to
Arise each morning and live.
To stretch and breathe and love,
In honor
Not only of myself and loved ones
But
To honor those who are no longer with us.
Many a daydream
Entertains
My mind.
And I dream and I dream and i wake,
And I dream and I dream and i live.
And in all this many a muse enters my heart.
Swiftly the hours pass
Yet lovely thoughts,
When they consume me
Capture my affection
Diverting my attention.
Time does slow and all I know
Is myself left wandering
In creation.
The heart does love much upon the realization it is
Free and limitless to do as it pleases.
We have been bound to what has been
Taught to us as freedom;
There is more.
Once you are free
You will never desire the confines of
Attachment and
Definitions again.
Observe.
Rest in this knowing and live.
We all have a lot of Internal work to do
Living in this world of ours.
Take a breath,
Take a rest;
Begin again.
Dragging my feet as I leave the house this morning,
Feeling heavy and
Dreary.
My eyes met with a cotton candy sky,
Blue and pink and white delight before me.
Looking to the heavens and beyond,
Now,
Settling back into my skin a new day begins.
A new day begins.
Each morning awakening brings a bonus day.
I shift my body;
A moment to adjust myself, my mind, my heart.
I shall live in abundant love,
Grateful awareness.
