My dark honors my light,
My light honors my dark
And we come together
To mend,
To merge,
To heal,
To love.
I am one; whole.
I am.
I am one; love.
I am.
My dark honors my light,
My light honors my dark
And we come together
To mend,
To merge,
To heal,
To love.
I am one; whole.
I am.
I am one; love.
I am.
If we could see and recognize
How often
Humans cry in solitude
We would be much gentler in
Our approach;
Much kinder in our remarks.
Acknowledge, honor and heal.
Listen to heartbeats,
Soulspeak.
We are all fluent in this language ,
That which the world keeps trying to drown out with artificial noise.
Be still.
Listen.
One must gaze into the depths of ones own heart and accept who you really are
Then
Shift and heal.
Love.
One must first speak truth to oneself;
Soulspeak in whispers.
Whether deeds or words;
I pray you heal from things others have
Denied they
Ever did or said to you.
Your Smile
Is the healing balm when my heart is weary,
When I feel I cannot go on.
We heal
In our own moments,
In our own time
From the inside out
And
The
Glow
Shows;
A radiance divine.
Why did you have to tear me open
Today?
I was just looking at how fine
Some of these hurts have healed up.
You thought you might make me bleed
Blood red like you
But upon a closer look, you
Found untamed wildness, stars and
Feathers leaking into the sky from my
Skin.
Now I am laughing. I am such an unknown
Substance even to myself
And now
You are blind.
Find me with your other senses.
We may crawl. We may walk, swim or fly
With this unhindered madness.
Neglect
Kills beauty inside and out.
Everyone
Heals.
They
Blossom and grow
If you tend to them.
I won’t ask about your
Father
For I know he is deceased.
I will not ask about your
Mother,
I know she shattered you to pieces.
I will,
However,
Offer you a safe space
To lay it all down.
A space to heal.
A place where you can feel the
Sanctity of your soul.
Where it will remind you
That you are whole.
I offer you love and kindness.
A quiet time to recover your heart and
Mind.
And there you can mend without
Question.
