I am moving through my sorrow,
Allowing it to flow from my bones
So that I may float to the surface
And unfurl my wings
To run and leap
And fly.
Lighter I have become within the releasing
And higher I rise within the stillness that
Comes taking me deeper within each breath.
We are not here to go to
War with
Ideas;
We are here to be at peace within
Ourselves
And
Nurture love.
Release offense, release defense.
Remain in stillness and immerse in flow of soul.
Observe. Listen. Learn.
No human can magically turn you into something you are not;
A caterpillar turns itself into a butterfly.
We share information,
We share ideas,
But the individual has to do the internal work.
We have our own magic and the humble honest teacher
Leads only by example ,
For they realize they themselves are the ever learning student
as well.
We each have knowledge and experience to share;
wearing not one label or the other in the flow.
Trust your knowing.
No one speaks the truth
It is a knowing,
This a silence flowing and waiting for one to enter and submerge.
Beckoning.
Welcoming;
Releasing all to welcome all.
Truth is in the being not the speaking,
Listen.
Love. Stillness.
Shed what is known, therein lies what is.
Truth is merely a word created to capture and cage concrete reality which cannot
be held.
Thought is fluid.
You have asked for clarity,
Accept the answers;
you do understand.
Now
Move out of denial;
Flow into the river of what is.
And we are all
Magic energies flowing.
A trinity
Of heart, mind and soul
And when in harmony there is only love;
A power unstoppable.
A freedom unleasehed.
A fearless Phoenix Rising.

There is not a pause in time,
Only the flow.
If one does not sit still
One cannot see repercussions
Of actions.
Observe, learn and shift.
Flow in love.
Stillness is non vibrational.
Once one is aware of this
You will know it is of no time or place or energy.
Its reach being unfathomable.
Dissolve judgements and expectations.
Release them into the stillness.
Neither good nor bad for stillness is love.
Dissolve into love.
All that approaches you does evanesce into the stillness.
As you practice stillness,
The field surrounding you grows larger
And one sees the stillness
As well as experiences it.
It is all in the mind.
Release your control,
Your thoughts and become unbounded stillness.
Flow.
Believe.
Once
In stillness you move, there are no obstacles.
Oh how we love to cling to our opinions for dear life.
this is not living, being immobile and stunted,
ever permanent in staunchly stated projectiles.
Mighty,
Yet fearful of love,
Afraid to flow.
Afraid that all that defined you really is not you.
We are more;
