A word cannot envelope nor embody

Nor can my heart hold this vastness,
This infinity.
The power in every beat,

To the farthest galaxy
In the dark
Dancing and vibrating

For even they know our names.
Yet it is not of anywhere perceivable.
As our feet step upon this ancient earth
Feel the vibrations. Hear the beat.
And on and on we go.
We know.
I am most certainly lost;
Yet neither have I felt so utterly free

Safe until now.
I learned a long time ago I am my own validation.
Only I know what is happening to me
And only I know
How I feel,
That this is my reality.
The rest is just words
And I am choosing to save my breath for
Breathing and laughing rather than explaining.
Defy your fears.
Take courage of heart
And
Rise.
Lift yourself up and out,
Into the sunlight.
Rest there as long as you need
Feeling heat upon skin;
Breathing air into the neglected depths
Of your lungs.
Here you will feel once more
The blood beating through your veins.
Remember yourself.
Listen. There is your heart song.
Allow yourself to weep,
Allow yourself to sing.
One, two , three inhale and roar.
One, two, three take a chance and soar.
We are all meant to feel
What has been labeled
“Too much”.
By who, we do not even remember
But most likely they were
Fearful of feeling
“Too much”.
This being taught prior to them by someone who
Was fearful of feeling
“Too much”
And put on repeat without question.
And he is doing it again,
Recreating
This enlivening within me.
Dissolving.
Peeling petals back one by one.
I try to hold it down,
Keep suppressing
The fluttering inside.
I close my eyes;
I sense
Him checking my pulse;
His fingers upon my
Wrist;
His
Ear upon my chest.
Feeling,
Listening
To see if i am still here
And i am grateful.
She begs him
Write for her
Morning, noon and night
Of dreams and things to come
Of the past
To reach inside himself
Release restraints and doubts
And make her feel those things
She has never felt
To turn her inside out
Peel away illusions.
Show her.
Immerse her in worlds beyond talk or action;
Where the mind no longer
Exists.
If we pay close attention.
If we choose to listen,
To look,
To feel.
To notice.
We will learn something new
Every day.
Once
You realize you
Feel
Beauty,
You
Will never see
Anything
Or
Anyone
In the same
Way.
If I were to lay down,
Lay down all of me
Allow you to see.
Would you be still?
Would you breathe?
Soak in the silence
Without stirring?
Could we love
Seeing the entirety of me
Feeling the completeness of us?

The serenity
