In response to those in this world who fear love;
Now,
Hear this heart beat louder.
Here the strength expands
In love,
In
Peace.
In response to those in this world who fear love;
Now,
Hear this heart beat louder.
Here the strength expands
In love,
In
Peace.
Many are so blinded by their own fears
They cannot hear nor see the
True danger;
Loss of truth.
once we meet ourselves
in our deepest, darkest depths
the parts of us we fear and avoid,
once we embrace ourselves there,
nothing will scare us
we will realize
no one creates our fear for we create ourselves.
once we love our whole self
we see how love is not lacking, only our thoughts creating lack.
How many thoughts and beliefs do you have because you were told what to think without question?
Do not fear the root of your fear itself.
Question yourself in stillness and in that stillness
Listen to the reply.
Trust yourself for you are always love.
Trust peace for it is always love.
There are times this sorrow,
Confusion,
Worthlessness,
Fear
Has grabbed her and yanked her under ;
Beneath the undertow before She can take a breath.
It is then that She has learned to breathe in the water;
Even if She can’t move She keeps breathing.
She stops struggling
and eventually She floats back to the surface;
Someplace unrecognizable.
Someone unrecognizable to her.
New.
One can decide to stay in the perpetual
Habit of fear
Or find your unique strength in that fear
And create something beautiful .
It is all within you.
She beckons
You;
Come hither,
Partake
In this fire
Of life
Within.
Drink well and deep the heat.
Now burst forth through
Those flames ignited and become
The dreams you
Left in slumber,
The dreams hidden from the others out of
Fear.
It is you.
You are the desire.
One of
Our greatest fears is admitting accountability;
For then we must see our words and actions
Do make a difference in this world.
Each of us contribute to both the pain and joy.
Until we face ourselves and change our awareness of our own selves,
Reactions of heart and mind,
We allow ourselves to be merely pawns.
Fear so deep you tremble and hold yourself tight so as not to lose your bladder. Fear.
And you begin to lie to keep the peace.
The light nearly beat out of you by words,
open hand, back hand.
You lie.
Smile out the door,
No one knows.
No one knows why you jump with a start so easily. They tease, you laugh.
Always hoping no one knows your name.
(Please don’t say it.
Nothing good happens when you hear your name)
Freeze.
The unspoken understanding in trauma experienced between family members.
The ever unpredictable behavior of a parent.
The unprovoked attacks.
The silent body language used to communicate
Between those abused.
Speak in rhyme and riddle a code never shared beyond these walls.
The eyes,
The slight gestures unnoticeable to others
In moments of extreme panic.
What will happen next?
Don’t speak,
Don’t move,
I will take the hit, you move.
I will carry you again and again for i would rather bleed and bruise than watch you get beat.
The laughter when you are safe,
Nervous smiles of relief.
Heal and save your energy for the next unexpected round.
Even though you know it is coming
You keep this little light of hope………
No one talks of hell. You are so damn brave and no one knows.
And so you go by many names and it leaves confusion. Even when you tell them, they don’t remember and you believe it doesn’t matter anymore.
Silence.

Oh how we love to cling to our opinions for dear life.
this is not living, being immobile and stunted,
ever permanent in staunchly stated projectiles.
Mighty,
Yet fearful of love,
Afraid to flow.
Afraid that all that defined you really is not you.
We are more;
Boundless.
