Air

Standard

Sitting on the front porch swing

Watching the clouds transform

As they swirl

And crash into each other;

Mixing and changing so naturally.

Separate ,

Then together.

Separate

And one.

Give and take; meld.

Never the same cloud remains

When i take my eyes away.

And they dance on

Dissapating

Becoming the air that I breathe.

I look back and they are gone;

And look back.

Carry

Standard

Let your voice soften,

Bringing stillness to abundance as it

Carries love across the ocean.

In the air

In the waves,

You cover the earth

To reach her;

Your love cannot be contained

And it resonates in the beating chambers of her heart.

No mere dream.

Come morning

She opens her sleepy eyes and looks to the rising sun knowing this.

Accord

Standard

Cannot force love before its time.

Let it come gently,

When,

So it be

Like a feather

Floats in time as it falls

Of its own sway and rhythm;

Its own accord.

When eager and fast hands try to clasp it,

Love,

Wishing to

Grab it out of impatience,

The air currents agitate

And stir keeping it just out of reach.

Evasive.

Find joy right where you are

Allowing things to flow

And come to rest where they may.

There, is love.

Mountain Air

Standard

I sleep under the open sky.

I beckon

The night mountain air come take

Me away.

I wish to drift through the trees

The pines and the rocks;

Dance over cliffs and through valleys

By the light of the moon.

Invisible and silent.

I will caress the wings of the owl as she hunts;

I am the cool air the wolf inhales deep,

That which brings the longing and power

To her howl.
I beg the wind

Come drench my soul

And take me home.

Muse

Standard

Look at life as if your muse.

There she is right in front of you,

In the sky, the earth, the creatures around you.

The air that touches your skin.

The fruit that grows on the trees.

Look and see. Breathe and feel
Everything,

Everyone

As if new everyday.

So mysterious,

Magical and deep.

Fall in love again and again.
