One can decide to stay in the perpetual
Habit of fear
Or find your unique strength in that fear
And create something beautiful .
It is all within you.
One can decide to stay in the perpetual
Habit of fear
Or find your unique strength in that fear
And create something beautiful .
It is all within you.
I choose to
Arise each morning and live.
To stretch and breathe and love,
In honor
Not only of myself and loved ones
But
To honor those who are no longer with us.
She beckons
You;
Come hither,
Partake
In this fire
Of life
Within.
Drink well and deep the heat.
Now burst forth through
Those flames ignited and become
The dreams you
Left in slumber,
The dreams hidden from the others out of
Fear.
It is you.
You are the desire.
He is a phenomena,
A one and only.
And as the world that knocked him down
Keeps on going
She sees him rise ever so sure and steady,
And he keeps going,
And he keeps smiling,
And he keeps loving.
Watching the birds
Surfing in this
Ferocious wind,
The storm has arrived and there is more to come.
Visibility is obscured by the snow
Falling, falling, falling.
Wind gusts unforgiving.
The birds live on
Come what may.
His whisper,
Gentle to her heart
Awakens her
And into the dream
They descend
Only to
Ascend after all is undone.
Transforming.
Metamorphosis;
Joined in the same journey albeit
Apart;
Blossoming in time.
Symbolism helps guide the way to the door of
Your knowing;
And into the stillness you go
Where these things are no longer needed.
My momma told me
Vampires were real
So every night i would make sure the curtains
On the window above my bed covered the window completely,
Not a centimeter uncovered in case
A Vampire should choose to hover above me.
I would then crawl in bed
And get snug under the blankets
Placing my cross necklace on my neck over my nightie so any Vampire would be
Afraid to approach.
And I would stay still
And I would not breathe until exhaustion took over.
All those years I filled my head with the terror of make believe
When reality was worse.
Distraction.
Prosperity of the heart does
Lie in your perception;
Some preach peace
Then punch.
One of
Our greatest fears is admitting accountability;
For then we must see our words and actions
Do make a difference in this world.
Each of us contribute to both the pain and joy.
Until we face ourselves and change our awareness of our own selves,
Reactions of heart and mind,
We allow ourselves to be merely pawns.
