He turned his head and hid his tears.
People all around said he was the strongest man they knew;
They didn’t know.
He turned his head and hid his tears.
People all around said he was the strongest man they knew;
They didn’t know.
Within the stream of consciousness between them
He takes her breath away,
Only
To fill her with love;
Away they fly.
She is a wave
But not of the ocean,
She is
The wind that
Moves the ocean and creates the waves;
Nobody sees.
And so she goes
And on she goes.
A song,
A breath,
A breeze.
The twinkle in a star that catches your eye.
The very air itself.
And on she goes.
And so she goes
Free.
There are times this sorrow,
Confusion,
Worthlessness,
Fear
Has grabbed her and yanked her under ;
Beneath the undertow before She can take a breath.
It is then that She has learned to breathe in the water;
Even if She can’t move She keeps breathing.
She stops struggling
and eventually She floats back to the surface;
Someplace unrecognizable.
Someone unrecognizable to her.
New.
The angels came and
Broke him open,
Leaving him aware all the gifts given him.
He does not know what He is
Meant to do with all this
Light;
All of this love.
He accepts all he ever was, is
And will be;
He glows unburdened now.
Be the water ,
Be the sun.
Be the one who plants
The essence of love
In the soul of everyone.
We have been so busy staring
At our empty hands
We have forgotten what our
Hearts are for.
I was dying and even I didn’t notice
For I thought that was what
One was supposed to do to live.
Spring showers wash over her
And She rises,
Growing anew as if a
Spring flower reaching forth
Through raw earth to meet
Life;
Growth.
Let your voice soften,
Bringing stillness to abundance as it
Carries love across the ocean.
In the air
In the waves,
You cover the earth
To reach her;
Your love cannot be contained
And it resonates in the beating chambers of her heart.
No mere dream.
Come morning
She opens her sleepy eyes and looks to the rising sun knowing this.
